Hello and a warm welcome to my website, I am a Registered and Chartered Counselling Psychologist, with  many years of experience in providing a specialist and bespoke counselling service.  I have been a psychologist for over 7 years. Moreover  I have worked in the field of mental health for over 17 years and have worked in a variety of areas. I was fortunate enough to know that I had always wanted to work in caring profession from a young age and by the time I was 15 years old I knew that I wanted to be a psychologist. One of the reasons I seemed to gravitate  towards the caring profession was due to my own personality and noticed that I was able to build a rapport towards others quite quickly. I am also someone who truly cares about others wellbeing and quite aware of how someone might be feeling.

After my GCSE's, I went on to do my A levels and went to university to study Psychology and History of Ideas. After university I worked for 5 years in different mental health organisations including the NHS and finally decided that I was ready to train as a psychologist. I was fortunate enough to have a place in the Professional Doctorate Counselling Psychology which included working in different organisations giving me a wide range of clinical experiences, skills, knowledge and expertise to be part of the caring profession. Below are some of my clinical experiences working in both mental health and substance misuse organisations:

I am a member of the British Psychological Society as well as a registered psychologist with Health Care Professional Council. Therefore you can have the trust of knowing you are being supported by someone who has has the knowledge, skills and training to help you through your journey.

Some of my experience includes working for the UK’s National Crime Agency, The Harley Street Clinic, Health Care America, London probation, South London and Maudsley Hospital-specialist Psychologist for adult with ADHD, Guernsey CMHT, West London Mental Health and DSPD service at Broadmoor hospital.

At the centre of my practice is developing the client to feel empowerment and to take control over their life.
